I don't have much to say this month that hasn't already been said... Inventory remains extremely low, prices continue to rise, and the government is, for better or worse, considering additional measures to cool the housing market in the spring.
December is traditionally a slow month, which means more time to visit and catch up with old friends and past clients. If you're reading this, take a moment to reply and let me know how you're doing.
