While many homes are still listing with delayed offers, receiving multiple offers, and selling above asking price (often unconditionally), the pace appears to be slowing. This may be a lull before the next storm, but overall I feel the heat has come off somewhat and will continue to do so into the summer. I'm not suggesting blood in the water or that a buyers market is imminent. But perhaps we ARE moving from a "white hot" to merely a "red hot" seller's market. Market balance is still somewhere in a distant future.
