The Victoria market remains very low on inventory and that lack of inventory is causing further lack of inventory.... I mean, why would you sell your home if you can't find somewhere else to move?  The good news is that spring is here and along with the flowers blooming I expect a bloom of housing availability.  Will it offset high demand?  That's hard to say, but it will hopefully open up more options for all involved.
