Again I say.... "Whew!"  The seller's market continues unabated, not slowing down from the previous month and up 60.6% in sales over the same month last year!  October is showing no signs of let up either.  There's a backlog of buyers and sellers still working through the system.  Buyers are adjusting expectations on condition, size, and area as well as cost, while sellers of good quality homes are experiencing multiple offers if priced well.  Not everything sells though, there are many listings out there waiting/hoping for the market to rise up to meet their inflated expectations.  This may happen yet!  

You might recognize a few faces in the list of top producers for September...  I especially like how they still managed to make me look short amongst these giants of the industry.  :)
